Swift Public Adjusters is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The Outside Sales Representative will sell services offered by our company to current and new customers. The representative will work from home and preform in-person client outreach.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or a related field, strong multitasking ability, and excellent follow-up skills. He/she will be an expert communicator with success in negotiation.

Salary draw against commission: Starting $50,000 to $65,000 per year
Opportunity to earn more based on performance. Uncapped commission potential.
Seasoned professionals earning average: $150,000 to $250,000 per year
All expenses reimbursed 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Client Support and Networking Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of sources to generate qualified sales leads. Engage with customers and prospects to identify specific needs and pain points. Align compelling value propositions with customer challenges to effectively sell services. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through transparent communication and ongoing support. Proactively address and resolve issues throughout the entire sales process. Maintain consistent contact with current and former customers, introducing relevant new services and enhancements.
  • Reporting and Analytics Prepare comprehensive daily activity reports documenting calls, orders, sales performance, lost opportunities, and critical issues. Deliver accurate territorial sales forecasts and market analysis as requested by management.
  • Partnership Development Conduct educational meetings with referral partners to enhance awareness and understanding of service offerings. Evaluate and assess claims submitted by referral partners to determine business viability and potential.
  • Direct Sales Execution Execute targeted sales meetings with residential and commercial property owners to present service solutions. Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences and large groups. Leverage multiple communication channels including telephone and email to gather prospect intelligence and qualifying information.
  • Strategic Planning and Development Design and implement comprehensive education and sales strategies for prospects and referral partners. Establish measurable sales objectives and performance targets. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing OR five years of related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven organizational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of Insurance and claims and processes
  • Comfortable with being on a roof
  • Public Adjusting License required or obtained within 3 months of hiring
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
